Exporting your data

Settings → Your data produces a machine-readable JSON file containing every table your household owns: household details, members, inventory, subscriptions, shopping lists, wishlists, receipts, events, gift lists, and your saved preferences.

Two things are deliberately not in it, and the export file says so itself. AI conversation transcripts are excluded, and the binary contents of uploaded receipt and visual images are excluded — image metadata is included, the image files themselves are not.

That's a current limitation of the export tool rather than a policy position. Account deletion is not limited this way: it removes that data too.

No request form and no waiting period — the export runs on demand and downloads immediately.
