Trouble signing in

Trustiv supports magic links, passwords, and Google/Apple/Microsoft sign-in. Whichever you used to create the account is the one that works — a magic-link account has no password until you set one.

Magic links expire. If yours has, request a new one rather than reusing the old email.

If you've enrolled two-factor authentication, you'll need your authenticator app to complete sign-in. Trustiv uses standard TOTP, so any authenticator app works.

Blocking cookies will prevent sign-in entirely — the session cookies are strictly necessary and there's no way around them.
